Two prominent members of the Quincy Institute have quit, saying they disapprove of the way Quincy analysts have discussed Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.

Their departure raises a host of issues, even if it’s far from the “fracturing” that Mother Jones Magazine called it. There are legitimate debates to be had over hoe the United States has approached Ukraine, and they have too often been shut down by people claiming ay criticism of the US and NATO in this realm is apologia for Russia and Vladimir Putin.

I take on that notion and offer my own critique of the Biden administration’s approach in my latest piece at Medium.
