ReThinking Foreign Policy is proud to say that it has joined with 46 other organizations to send a letter to President Biden take immediate humanitarian steps to help Iran to receive Covid vaccines, protect Iran’s health sector from sanctions, and help Iran in accommodating Afghan refugees. The letter also calls on Biden to vigorously pursue a diplomatic agreement with Iran to resolve the issues that have arisen since we abruptly left the deal and that this effort must include, an American “commitment to adhere to its sanctions relief obligations for as long as Iran is in compliance with the deal.”
