There really isn’t any way to sugar-coat Joe Biden’s and his whole administration’s approach to Middle East policy. The foibles that have always plagued U.S. policy in the region are magnified to a monstrous degree with Biden. That includes the extreme bigotry that places no value on Arab, and especially Palestinian, lives, a thorough ignorance of the structures, politics, and cultures of the region, and an incredible consistency in not only making the wrong choices, but repeating them over and over.
