I spoke on Capitol Hill at an event hosted by the Muslim Public Affairs Council (MPAC) on the alarming rise of McCarthyist tactics being used to silence pro-Palestinian voices across student groups within colleges and universities nationwide. The speakers were myself and the amazing Tariq Habash, former political appointee and policy advisor in the Biden administration who resigned due to its policies regarding Gaza and unwavering support for Israel’s actions against Palestinians.
